What a wonderful experience! An initial discussion with Sarah led to emails backwards and forwards with ideas and sketches for our artwork. Once we were all agreed on the sketch, paint started going on the canvas and we received regular photos of the work in progress which was so exciting! Sarah took the finished 150 x 120cm stretched canvas off the frame, rolled it and packed it into a postal tube for the overseas journey. Cost-efficient and easy, the canvas was delivered to our door and we took it to a local artist to have it re-stretched. Even he commented on the quality of the paints and workmanship.

We have now purchased five gorgeous Sarah Thomas original art pieces for our Noosa holiday home. Many of our holiday tenants ask about them and we recommend Sarah and her professional approach wholeheartedly. The whole process is so easy, from initial discussion through to completion of the artwork. We only wish we could spend every day admiring them … one day!

Sarah, we took the rolled paintings to the framer to be stretched. They are now hanging on the main wall in our living room and look great! We are just so happy. Thank you!

Sarah was commissioned to create a depiction of St Teresa, the patron saint of our College. Like her artwork at St Thomas More Primary School the result is a very special piece of art, loved and admired by students and staff. It was a very rewarding process, beginning with the first sketch and culminating in the remarkable painting taking pride of place at our College. Sarah's attention to detail is impeccable. Her craftsmanship, use of vibrant colours and interesting textures brings St Teresa alive in a very modern composition. I enjoyed immensely working with Sarah on this project and would highly recommend her.

We are proud owners of a Sarah Thomas commissioned painting. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The fact that we lived in Sydney posed no problem. Following a phone chat I was able to email useful photos including the intended position in the house and the décor which helped Sarah understand what we had in mind. Every step of the way I was encouraged to have as much input as I wished, concluding with personally naming the artwork. As this was an anniversary present for my wife, we now have a wonderfully symbolic painting in our home which our family will cherish forever.

We knew of Sarah and her art and made an appointment to see her when visiting Noosa. She made us feel very welcome and over a cup of coffee in her sunny studio we were shown some current works plus peruse her portfolio of past works and couldn’t resist walking away without ordering our own original works. I was able to work with Sarah via email to create a work that not only complemented my décor but reflected my family. It wasn’t long before I contacted her again to commission a second piece!

Sarah, I am sitting here emailing you and adoring our painting!! We so love it and love showing it of!! We decided to hang it in our open plan dining/lounge area and whenever we have had friends and family over everyone has commented on how well you have painted, symbolising our family perfectly.

I commissioned Sarah to do a family painting as a surprise for my wife's special birthday as we had earlier bought a piece from a gallery whilst traveling in Australia and absolutely adored her style. We live in Hampshire, England and I wanted the painting to reflect our home there - so not strictly Sarah's normal backdrop! Sarah was amazing when I contacted her and straight away she 'got' my ideas and her first drafts were spot on. The whole process was a pleasure and Sarah was a delight to work with over many 'chatty' emails. My wife was thrilled with it and we constantly enjoy visitors’ comments on how amazing it looks!

We are now the proud owners of two Sarah Thomas commissions and are absolutely thrilled with our paintings. Sarah makes the whole commission process so easy. She really listened to our vision for the works and interpreted our ideas into a few sketches which were tweaked until we were happy before she started on the canvas. She kept us updated with progress pics and with our feedback she progressed until we felt the artwork was just right for us. We are already planning our next one!

Our beautiful ‘Frangipani Bather’ has arrived and is already hanging on the wall. She is just perfect and has received many compliments from our friends and guests. I could not have asked for a better piece of art for our freshly renovated home. The colours look fantastic together and it is almost like the house was designed around her.
